Heritage stall - the working environment of Por Por's grocery store

In sham shui Po, heritage stalls’ design have been well improved and unified in the recent, but Street between Pei Ho Street 261-331 and Ki lung Street 94-88 were something else in terms of the environment, seeing the streets getting narrow by the garbage littering, my awarenesses was provoked to reach the responses. Health problem causing by the hygiene and trust relation are the biggest issue we are indeed to solve. However, there is one condition about ensuring there will be no gentrification on the improving. Since heritage stall is the history, culture and a symbol of the Hong Kong community. Change to areas over time is inevitable to some degree but any such change including where the aim or effect of that change is gentrification - must comply with the human rights principle.
